Clinical Social Worker - Mental Health
Qualifications:
- L.M.S.W., L.C.S.W., or eligibility for licensure
- Three years of post-master’s experience, preferably in a hospital-based psychiatric or crisis setting
Duties:
- Perform psycho-social assessments for patients in need of acute psychiatric care
- Offer intervention strategies, therapy support, and crisis management
- Develop discharge plans and link patients to community-based services
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care
- Additional tasks assigned based on department needs
Pay: $60 - $65/ hourly
