Responsibilities :
- Collect and record routine health data, including vital signs, on assigned clients and administer state-required immunizations.
- Record data and care provided on appropriate documents in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines regarding client confidentiality and privacy rights.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations governing registered nursing practice.
- Use a computer proficiently (e.g., Microsoft Office, EHR, Internet).
- Register and schedule clients according to guidelines provided in training.
- Attend all assigned trainings, seminars, and conferences.
- Contribute as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to travel between sites if required.
