Job Title: Endoscopy Room Specialist - Contract
Duties:
- Set up, assist, and break down rooms for procedures like colonoscopies and Upper Endoscopy.
- Record patient data, including vital signs and intake/output.
- Maintain and clean endoscopy equipment, ensuring proper sterilization.
- Perform basic clinical procedures, including specimen collection and EKGs.
- Monitor and replenish supplies, ensuring adherence to PAR levels.
- Assist in patient care, including mobility, hygiene, and dietary needs.
- Coordinate equipment troubleshooting and repairs with manufacturers or hospital teams.
- Document and maintain accurate records of equipment checks and procedure details.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of procedural room setups and equipment sterilization.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred: College coursework in medical sciences.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,850 - $2,300
- Monthly: $7,400 - $9,200
