Job Title: Healthcare Services Coordinator
Duties:
- Work closely with providers to manage and execute patient care plans.
- Coordinate specialty referrals, follow-up appointments, and pre-certifications with insurance carriers.
- Maintain and update care dashboards, ensuring timely follow-through on alerts and reminders.
- Address billing discrepancies and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring seamless communication.
- Support front-office operations and provide assistance during peak times.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- 4 years of experience in healthcare or a related field.
Education:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certification in medical terminology is desirable.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,300 - $1,550
