Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical support tickets efficiently, following escalation protocols.
- Record detailed activity logs and ensure accurate documentation in the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with healthcare IT systems like PACS and EPIC.
- Provide guidance and support to radiologists and other hospital staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience in radiology IT support or hospital environments required.
- Familiarity with systems such as IIS, HIS, and PACS is essential.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Service desk experience preferred, with a focus on healthcare IT.
