Mental Health Social Worker
Qualifications:
- L.M.S.W., L.C.S.W., or eligibility for licensure
- Three years of experience in a hospital, inpatient psychiatric, or behavioral health environment
Duties:
- Assess and support patients with complex mental health and social needs
- Develop care plans and coordinate post-hospitalization follow-up
- Provide emotional support and crisis management for patients and their families
- Work closely with medical teams to facilitate treatment goals
- Fulfill additional duties as operational needs require
Pay: $60 - $65/ hourly
