Qualifications:
- L.M.S.W., L.C.S.W., or eligibility for licensure
- At least three years of experience working in inpatient psychiatric or emergency mental health services
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for at-risk populations
- Provide therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and resource navigation
- Plan and coordinate discharge services with aftercare providers
- Collaborate with medical and psychiatric teams to enhance patient care
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Pay: $60 - $65/ hourly
