Neonatal Delivery Technician

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a health-related field or equivalent patient care experience.

• Strong understanding of neonatal and obstetric care procedures.

• Experience in labor and delivery preferred.

• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Assists in deliveries with a focus on neonatal care.

• Prepares delivery rooms following strict aseptic protocols.

• Assists with newborn resuscitation and stabilization when needed.

• Monitors and records mother and baby vital signs.

• Supports OB teams in C-sections and high-risk deliveries.

• Ensures neonatal care equipment is readily available.
