Job Title: Patient Care Associate - Acute Care
Duties:
- Assist with patient hygiene, positioning, and mobilization.
- Monitor and document vital signs, pain levels, and intake/output.
- Set up and assist with clinical procedures as directed by RNs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within patient care areas.
- Provide one-to-one observation for high-risk patients.
Skills Required:
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with acute care patient needs and safety protocols.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED.
- AHA BLS certification required.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,050 - $1,350
