Job Title: Patient Navigator - Care Coordination

- Utilize Epic for patient records and scheduling, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, fostering strong communication.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and report generation using Excel.
Skills Required:

- Familiarity with Epic and strong communication skills.
Education:
- Associate degree required.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,300 - $1,550
