Duties:

- Handle appointment scheduling for a busy Internal Medicine and Urology practice.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing questions and concerns.
- Maintain proficiency in data entry and support medical coding efforts using ICD-9 and CPT-4.
- Assist in verifying insurance coverage and resolving billing discrepancies.
Skills Required:
- Strong computer and telephone skills.
- Experience with customer service and clerical tasks in a healthcare setting.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,275 - $1,525
