Duties :

• Provide personalized support to oncology patients, ensuring they understand and follow their care plans.
• Schedule diagnostic tests, treatments, and follow-up visits using Epic.
• Assist patients in accessing necessary resources, including financial and support services.
• Document all interactions and updates in patient records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
