Job Title: Payroll Analyst

Location: Paramus, NJ
Project Description:
- Must be comfortable working onsite 4-5 days a week.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for assigned weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.
- Process weekly leave of absence payroll.
- Maintain and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all employee files and HRIS records, including employee information, reporting relationships, position codes, and salary data, while adhering to department controls and procedures.
- Address employee payroll inquiries and assist with issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, HR, HRIS, Shared Services, and Accounts Payable teams.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Utilize a Case Management system to track payroll-related questions and resolutions.
- Assist with processing garnishments, liens, and child support deductions.
- Proactively work with the General Ledger team to prevent account discrepancies.
- Conduct audits of weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Support various payroll-related projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Experience with ADP’s EV6 system and PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Ability to work independently to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- College degree preferred.
