Overview :
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Business Development Execution . This role involves managing regulatory activities for business development agreements (divestitures, mergers, licensing, collaborations, etc.), ensuring compliance, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead integration or transition teams for business development agreements.
- Ensure regulatory obligations and commitments are met.
- Collaborate with Corporate Business Development, Global Alliance Management, and Integration Management Office.
- Identify risks, track progress, and provide updates to leadership.
- Drive process improvements and knowledge transfer within the organization.
- Act as the primary contact for ongoing alliance management issues.
