Job Title: Revenue Cycle Specialist

Duties:

• Review and reconcile patient accounts, ensuring accurate claim submissions.
• Resolve claim edits, denials, and correspondence promptly.
• Process payments, adjustments, and refunds accurately in patient accounting systems.
• Coordinate with patients to establish payment plans and provide billing support.
• Create and review aging reports, following up with insurance companies and patients to resolve overdue accounts.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all billing activities and attend relevant training.

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and experience in billing processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or High School diploma with relevant experience (4 years).
