Description:
The RN Maternity Labor and Delivery Nurse provides comprehensive care to mothers in labor and delivery, offering support through every stage of childbirth. This position requires the ability to handle both routine and high-risk deliveries, assist with post-delivery recovery, and educate new parents. The nurse will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes. Availability for night shifts and rotating weekend and holiday shifts is required.
Mandatory Skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
- Skilled in fetal heart rate monitoring, labor support, and emergency obstetric procedures.
- Strong knowledge of post-delivery care for mothers and infants.
- Proficient in patient education, especially for new parents.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and during holidays.
Pay:
Medium/High Range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
