Position Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with 5 years of experience in Salesforce QA to lead testing efforts for multiple projects. This role involves manual and automated testing , collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions . Candidates must be available for an in-person interview in Everett, MA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Conduct manual and automated testing for functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA .
- Perform regression, black-box, white-box, and load testing .
- Test database content and web services (SOA, APIs) .
- Collaborate with teams to improve QA processes and tools .
- Ensure QA best practices and SDLC compliance.
