Qualifications:
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trauma OR settings.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
- Scrub experience in emergency and high-acuity trauma cases.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
- Provides immediate surgical support in trauma situations.
- Assists in emergency surgeries with a rapid response team.
- Ensures all trauma surgical tools are sterilized and ready.
- Works closely with trauma surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists.
- Supports surgical procedures with minimal supervision.
