The following skills sets are required :
- PM needed with Healthcare exp plus Medicaid background
- PM needed with integration exp with BCBS exp
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience with project management in mid to large scale or high visibility business initiatives / projects with varying complexity.
- Proven customer, requirements, and project management skills and experience. Additional desire for testing skills and experience.
- Proven ability to build solid working relationships with all stakeholders essential for project success.
- Strong communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency.
- Good time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members and Agency personnel
- Experience with developing and maintaining project documentation, scope, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project.
- Experience with business process modeling using Visio or similar tools.
- Experience gathering and managing requirements / stories in Word or Azure DevOps.
- Experience and knowledge of industry standard business analysis methodologies and techniques from BABOK (preferred) or PM-BA.
- Experience and knowledge of industry standard project management methodology and techniques from PMBOK.
