Job Title : Google Contact Center Specialist
Location : Atlanta GA -Day 1 Onsite
Duration : 6 Months
Minimum Qualifications :
- Good knowledge of the Google Contact Center AI solution
- Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science / Mathematics or equivalent practical experience (at least 4-5 years)
- Experience in Machine Learning Tools and Algorithms like TensorFlow, AI, DL, or NLP
- Excellent command over spoken, written, and business communication skills
- Should have undergone Google's Cloud Fundamentals : Core Infrastructure Course
