Education
In leui of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

Duties
- You will oversee contractor and government repair and testing of C4ISR shipboard systems for compliance of multi-year contractual requirements.
- You will ensure products or services meet specific requirements called out in the contractual documents and drawings, are installed in accordance with current DoD and NAVSEA specifications or guidance.
- You will develop and provide direct technical input to document solutions and reports on shore equipment installation, integration, and interoperability.
- You will Develop reports, tracks issues, and provide input to technical documents.
- You will perform regular ship/sub/shore visits, maintain dialog with sites during deployments and periods of inactivity, and keep ship/sub/shore sites informed of current and upcoming work plans.
- You will ensure products or services meet specific requirements called out in the contractual documents and drawings, and are installed in accordance with current DoD and NAVSEA specifications or guidance.
