Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components.
Troubleshoot network and desktop issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Perform network upgrades and migrations as needed.
Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
Document network configurations and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration or a related role.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with: Active Directory; Office 365; SharePoint;
Familiar with Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems and applications.
Familiar with Apple MAC products.
Industry certifications such as CCNA, Network , or equivalent.
Experience with cloud networking technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
Knowledge of VoIP systems and technologies.
