Key Responsibilities
- Manage one or more NEXCOM Hospitality Group (NHG) Lodging facility to ensure performance meets established NHG guidelines and standards.
- Operate a professional Department of Defense (DoD) lodging operation, consistent with those services and amenities provided in a commercial, mid-scale hotel for guests in TDY, PCS, or Leisure status.
- Coordinate the alteration, minor construction, painting, and preventive maintenance of NHG facilities.
