What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Naxos Taverna and Oyster Bar at Red Rock?
We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome.
- Communicate with server to always meet the guests’ needs as quickly as possible.
- Fill water when necessary.
- Clear unused plate ware only when the guest is finished.
- Wipe table between courses without interruption to guest conversation.
- Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, booths, and chairs between seatings.
- Ensure floors are always without debris and moisture.
- Relay any information or orders given to you directly to server.
- Reports all breakage, damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management.
- Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
- Must have TAM Card up to date.
- Assist other areas of restaurant when possible.
Ideal Candidate :
- Experience as a Busser in full service, moderate to high volume restaurant is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Communicates clearly to co-workers and leadership.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
