Job Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Development Manager with extensive experience in a Microsoft .NET development environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for a remote development team, making high-level architectural decisions, doing code reviews, troubleshooting, and managing work items with the goal of globalizing what is currently a US centric application.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage a team of remote developers and related staff.
•Take on specific highly technical coding tasks as required.
•Maintain consistency and structure in the code base.
•Contribute ideas and experience to the development of the application.
••Work collaboratively with the System Architect and UX Design team.
Desired Skills & Experience:
•10 years of experience in software development and with technical leadership and management.
•Demonstrated experience in managing complex system modifications and workflows.
•Proven success in leading agile software development teams.
•Excellent team-management capabilities.
