About the Role
The GM of Strategic Partnerships, HCM will be responsible for owning, managing, and growing Nayya’s most strategic partners : HR Tech platforms and Point Solutions. This role will be responsible for creating the playbook for growing, retaining, and expanding our partners. The successful candidate will need to display strong commercial acumen in order to broker high-value deals with enterprise-level companies - and they will do so by developing a strong understanding of our partners’ organization and Nayya’s products. Partnerships are a significant and rapidly growing part of Nayya’s core revenue and overall business strategy - generating deal flow and broader network exposure for the platform. This role requires a strategic visionary with outstanding commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the HCM space, and proven experience managing high-value enterprise relationships and complex negotiations.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Build High-Impact, Best-in-Class Relationships : Establish and nurture strong, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a Trusted Leader and Advisor : Embrace an enterprising mindset to develop trust, providing strategic guidance and collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties.
- Manage Strategic Partnerships and Drive Revenue Goals : Manage high-impact deals with partners to drive growth and value.
- Craft Compelling Value Propositions : Develop persuasive business cases that encourage partners to adopt and invest in Nayya solutions.
- Create and Implement Strategic Goals : Develop and execute team goals, and ensure alignment and the achievement of KPIs.
- People Management : Lead a team, define clear strategic objectives, and enable them to execute partnership strategies that create value for both Nayya and our partners.
- Align Services with Partner Needs : Gain a deep understanding of partner structures, objectives, and concerns to tailor Nayya’s offerings for optimal alignment.
- Master Nayya’s Products and Integrations : Develop a comprehensive understanding of Nayya’s product suite, services, and integrations to effectively support partner needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $210,000-$230,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
