What are the responsibilities and job description for the Live In Residential Counselor position at Nazareth Child & Family Connection?
Nazareth Child & Family Connection is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals or married couples to provide daily trauma informed care to abused/neglected teens in a residential setting. This is a live-in position working 7 day on/7 day off shifts.
Daily Responsibilities include:
- caring for the safety, security and welfare of residents.
- monitoring mental health and behavior and providing guidance to all residents.
- coordinating and overseeing all daily activities in the home
- ensuring residents are following all program rules and regulations.
- ensuring program follows all state license rules and regulations.
- teaching independent living skills
- assist residents in developing coping techniques
- provide daily transportation to appointments and after school activities
- assist in developing treatment planning goals and helping residents achieve their goals.
Qualified candidates must have a High School diploma, a valid Driver's License and be at least 21 years of age. Some college and/or experience is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits. EOE.
$500 sign on bonus.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
