Responsibilities Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:
- Daily Documentation
- Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s
- Notify pharmacy of new orders.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
