Machine Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Operating machines: Loading, running, and unloading machines

• Adjusting machines: Making adjustments to maintain tolerance or notifying a supervisor when adjustments are needed

• Inspecting machines: Performing routine inspections to ensure efficient operation and production
• Monitoring machines: Monitoring and adjusting machine settings

• Measuring materials: Measuring raw materials and feeding them into machines

• Checking output: Checking output efficiency and spotting damaged products
• Tracking production: Keeping track of pieces produced

• Tagging products: Tagging products at each stage of the process

• Training others: Overseeing the training of new or junior machine operators

• Adhering to safety regulations: Following standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 (depending on experience)

Available shifts:

1st shift 7:30am - 4pm

2nd shift 3:30pm - 12pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
• Basic math: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• West Palm Beach, FL 33413 (Required)
