The Marketing and Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing comprehensive business strategies that align with our company’s goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven history in business development, particularly within the IT Staffing sector, and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in business development, with a focus on the IT Staffing sector.

Proven history of successfully driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Strong understanding of IT Staffing solutions, services, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
