">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented individual to join our Production Talent & Partnerships team as a Manager, Prod. Talent. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director and work closely with the VP to develop, manage, and execute programs aimed at increasing access to career opportunities in film, focusing on below-the-line and production positions.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in film, TV, agency, studio, or production company, with 5 years of program management experience. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting publicly and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
