About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to assigned Operating Units, driving proactive outreach efforts, and collaborating with leaders to create and implement HR strategies that enable business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management Guidance: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Work Relationships and Morale: Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- HR Solutions Delivery: Lead and facilitate local delivery of HR solutions to departments alongside HR specialist staff.
- Talent Trends Analysis: Analyze and monitor various talent trends and patterns amongst departments supported using data and metrics.
- Policy and Employment Law Guidance: Provide HR policy and employment law guidance and clarification to leaders and manage employee relations issues, including participation in internal investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.
- Organizational Design and Restructuring: Contribute to organizational design and restructuring efforts to enhance overall effectiveness, proactively supporting the development and implementation of the HR people strategy.
- Confidentiality and Integrity: Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Requirements:
- Experience: Seven or more years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or HR generalist role.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in applicable profession (i.e., Human Resources, Industrial & Organizational Psychology), business, or related technical field OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Certifications: PHR/SPHR Certificate or Senior Prof in HR Certificate Skills, education and experience.
