Job Description
Focus Features is looking for a Manager, Post Production for our Creative A/V Finishing Team. The individual in this position will manage finishing and post production operations for A/V marketing materials including broadcast and digital content for domestic theatrical releases. The Manager, Post Production will report to the VP, Creative Services, Focus Features.
Essential Responsibilities
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 (Bonus eligible)

Job Description
Focus Features is looking for a Manager, Post Production for our Creative A/V Finishing Team. The Manager, Post Production will report to the VP, Creative Services, Focus Features.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the finishing team (flame editors, re-recording mixers, and AEs) throughout the mix and online process for broadcast and digital content on a day-to-day basis
- Facilitate the flow of finishing materials for theatrical trailers including mix, picture, graphics and final deliverables
- Coordinate with external vendors to acquire all necessary finishing materials, ensuring prompt receipt and distribution of crucial elements including prep and graphics
- Collaborate closely with Creative Services VP and Director to ensure that finishing workloads are managed efficiently, and all deadlines are consistently met
- Maintain constant communication with Creative Services and finishing teams to stay up to speed on notes and changes
- Facilitate feedback loop and communicate pertinent notes to editors and mixers until final approval is secured
- 3 years minimum experience in feature post production, ideally at a studio or agency
- Must possess high-level experience with broadcast tv finishing process, including online, mix and QC
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, high priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated Strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
