Job Responsibilities
- Maintain guidelines, structure, and established policies while working with and for others.
- Meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience, including introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions.
- Process account transactions, assist clients, and work towards individual and banking center-specific sales and service goals.
Requirements
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank.
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
