Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks, including filing and organizing documents accurately.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize EPIC management system for document creation, communication and follow-up.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support to clients.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents and managing files.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
