Pay Range : $24.98 - $33.31
Responsible for the development and management of company capital expenditures related to facilities projects. Assists in day to day duties of Facilities and Maintenance Department.
Education and Experience :
High School diploma or GED
5-10 years of experience in building trade related field preferred
Skills and Abilities :
Basic knowledge of the building trades. (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC).
Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous project management experience required.
Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements :
May require some evening and weekend hours. Some travel required. Valid driver’s license.
Tasks Performed :
25% Daily management of Capital Expenditure program related to facilities projects.
20% Assist in planning and development of cost estimates for budgeting purposes.
20% Develop and maintain capital expenditure tracking for review monthly.
20% Provides project management for special projects.
10% Work with maintenance personnel on various projects as required. May require moving large objects and heavy lifting.
5% Other duties as assigned.
