Are you a current or recent college graduate from a Historically Black College/University (HBCU)/Minority-Serving Institution (MSI) who is ready to lead?
As an NCDOT Fellow, you will engage in a 2-year fellowship with award-winning NCDOT teams. You will gain hands-on experience in the transportation industry, learn new business skills, and further your skills and knowledge advancing smart transportation. You will forge relationships with NCDOT professionals and gain critical hard and soft skills that will help you advance your career.

- Information Management (Remote) – IT Enterprise Management, Enterprise Application & Testing Services
- Public Policy (Raleigh, NC)
- Safety and Risk Management (Raleigh, NC)
- Strategic Initiatives and Program Support (Raleigh) – Data & Information
- Transportation Planning (Raleigh, NC)

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree earned between 2022-2025 from a North Carolina Historically Black College/University (HBCU) or Minority Serving Institution (MSI), or
- Currently enrolled in a Master's/Professional Program (e.g., Law School), or a law school student.
- An unofficial College transcript uploaded with your application.
- Ability to work in the US for any employer without requiring a work visa sponsorship.
