Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- answer and make calls potential customers.
- follow up with leads via our CRM system .
- direct calls to the appropriate departments " finance ,sales,somplaints,funding".
- ensure all messages are properly directed and responded to.
- greet guests and provide excellent customers service
- schedule appointments through the CRM .
- assist with opening and closing procedures.
