WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Process all invoices for payment
Support the Director of Purchasing with vendor setup
Aid in the preparation of cost-of-product reports
Assist the Director of Purchasing with various administrative tasks
Prepare and issue purchase orders for new home starts
Create detailed lot reports, including option lists by trade
Research and resolve any invoice variances
Estimate custom options for purchase orders
Upload Lot information to Build Pro
Train trade partners on using Supply Pro

WHAT YOU BRING :
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Minimum of 2 years direct purchasing or accounting experience; residential home builder purchasing experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Newstar preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
General sedentary work requiring the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and telephones
Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion
May occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds
