We are seeking a passionate and experienced Intensive In-Home Team Lead to join our Charlotte IIH Team and help us continue making a meaningful impact.
Job Summary:
As the Intensive In-Home Team Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of professionals delivering intensive, family-focused therapeutic interventions to youth ages 12-17. You will play a vital role in guiding your team, ensuring compliance with program standards, and maintaining high-quality service delivery to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to the IIH team, ensuring adherence to best practices and agency guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing the unique needs of each client and their family.
- Conduct therapeutic sessions, crisis interventions, and skill-building activities in the client’s home and community.
- Support the professional growth and development of team members through training, coaching, and regular performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with community partners, schools, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and advocate for clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with Medicaid and agency standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings and maintain effective communication with staff and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Full or provisional licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in North Carolina is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience supervising a team preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and the Intensive In-Home service model is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service area.
