Project Manager/Customer Service

Job Summary

We are looking for a new team member who is motivated to work in a professional environment, can meet our high standards of service to our customers and grow with us. The candidate should be extremely proactive and professional and have a willingness to learn new things. This position will initially require helping walk-in clients and answering the phone. There is a VERY REAL growth opportunity for this position for the right person.

Responsibilities and Duties
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
General office work
Answering the phone
Helping customers at the counter
Making copies, scans and blueprints
Routine lifting and moving of somewhat heavy boxes of printed materials
Managing orders through our system with a keen eye for detail
Keeping the office clean and tidy
Being on time and ready to work Monday through Friday
Being a decent human being

Qualifications and Skills
You must be organized, motivated and professional and able to work independently without supervision. The ability to multitask is also very much required. You will be with coworkers at the top of their game and also working directly with members of the local business community. There is no place here for mediocrity.

We can train the right person who has the right attitude, personality and no experience but experience will make the process much faster.
If you have poor work ethic, don’t waste our time. We have a great work environment, an awesome team and have no time or tolerance for laziness or drama.
