Summary:
The Operations Manager will be the go-to leader for our operations department, driving the team forward by streaming workflows, optimizing CRM functionality, and ensuring commissions are processed with precision. If you’re a strategic thinker who loves diving into data, solving puzzles, and mastering Excel and CRM tools, this role is your chance to turn operational challenges into success stories while making a big impact on our growing team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operational workflows, including billing, payments, eligibility files, cancellations, and carrier data.
- Lead data analysis and ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational reports.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage CRM systems, collaborating with vendors to ensure optimal functionality and data accuracy.
- Supervise commission calculations, processing, and reporting.
- Provide mentorship and support to the operations team to foster growth and accountability.
- Serve as a key point of contact between operations and other departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively address operational challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Proven experience in operations management or leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, visualizations, and formulas.
- Strong experience with CRM technologies; system administration experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in data management and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
