Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to serve as a force multiplier for our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) —a leader overseeing product, sales operations, and carrier relations at NCD. This role is not just about supporting, but about maximizing the CCO’s productivity, ensuring strategic focus, and keeping priorities on track. The right candidate will be proactive, hyper-organized, and relentlessly solution-driven, taking ownership of tasks, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring that the CCO can focus on the highest-value work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prioritize & Protect Time : Manage a complex calendar, filter requests, and ensure the CCO is focused on the highest-impact work.
- Organize & Execute : Maintain structured systems for files, correspondence, and workflows to keep everything running smoothly.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up : Ensure the CCO is prepared by organizing agendas, compiling briefing materials, and tracking action items.
- Communication Management : Draft, respond to, and manage email correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Project & Task Ownership : Take charge of key initiatives and ensure progress is being made on critical deliverables.
- Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
- Travel & Expense Management : Coordinate complex travel schedules and handle expense reporting with accuracy.
- Discretion & Professionalism : Handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality at all time
