NCF Savings Bank is a local community bank looking to hire a Customer Service Representative/Bank Teller for the New Carlisle, Ohio area.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting bank transactions for customers, answering incoming calls and providing accurate answers to customer inquiries.
- Promoting the bank's products and services; consistently cross-sell bank products.
- Maintaining account/ customer information, researching account transactions.
- Balancing a cash drawer daily and maintaining a precise balancing record with minor discrepancies.
- Opening new deposit accounts.
- Promoting and maintaining positive relations with customers and coworkers.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications, education and/or experience:
- Ability to provide superior, quality customer service
- Prior banking experience is preferred or cash handling experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word along with letter writing skills
- Excellent organization skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
