Identify strategies to increase customer base and top line revenue in specified market segmentsAbility to sell value, tell our story & create an experience for our customers and customer prospectsConduct regular sales calls to current customers and potential new customers by means of on-site visits, direct sales calls, prospecting calls and written correspondenceProvide current and accurate information to all inquiries regarding the property facilitiesEnhance customer relations and increase business for the propertyMaintain proper records of all sales calls and business activities utilizing Hotel SalesProWhat does success look like in this role?
