What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide - Part Time (Students Welcome) Pine Crest Nursing Home position at NCHC?
The Opportunity:
A dietary aide involves resident centered dining service, food assembly, dish room assembly, dishes clean up, cafeteria service and general housekeeping tasks.
Starting pay $14.50 to 16.00 per hour. You may be scheduled weeknights, weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do:
- Promotes Person Centered Service in all interactions with patients and clients.
- Assembles prepared food for general and therapeutic diets.
- Disassembles trays and prepares dishes and utensils for washing through flight dish machine.
- Distributes hot food to patients, residents and clients.
- Records food temperatures and meal intakes.
- Maintains a neat and clean work area

What You Bring:
- Must be 16 years old.
- Requires frequent lifting of up to 25lbs unassisted.
- Respectful and helpful demeanor in all interactions with patients and staff
- Reliable attendance.
- Willingness to adapt to changing surroundings
What You’ll Get:
- Starting pay $14.50 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience.
- You will be scheduled some weeknights, every other weekend and every other holiday.
