Responsibilities- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including general ledger, receivable/payable, cash, sales, and payroll accounts.
- Review contracts, process monthly billing, and monitor accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process monthly Social Security reports and sales tax returns.
- Provide support to Supervisors and process client timecards and billing.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a professional bookkeeper
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
- $250 Sign on Bonus (paid after 90 and 190 days of employment)

Salary : $26 - $28
