Responsibilities
- Assist individuals at their employment sites by providing support, guidance, and coaching to complete tasks and achieve goals.
- Maintain a courteous, positive, and professional demeanor while interacting with individuals served and the community.
- Provide continuous instructions for independence and training objectives aligned with individuals' abilities and development.
- Collect data on individuals' skills, work performance, and social-emotional status, and document in log notes.
- Offer hands-on support, positive reinforcement, and feedback to individuals, their supervisors, and case managers.
- Complete and submit all required paperwork, including transportation paperwork, attendance, job coach notes, and incident reports, by deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience
- Reliable transportation (this position requires driving) and a current California driver’s license.
- Ongoing proof of state-required auto insurance.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Successful completion of First Aid/CPR training (training provided onsite).
- Preferred experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or in a similar human services role.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Compensation
Now offering a $250 sign-on bonus! Position starts at $19.50/hour.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Individual Placement Job Coach to join our team. This part-time role involves supporting individuals in their community-integrated employment sites, providing guidance and coaching to help them achieve their goals at their assigned worksites.
The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and late shifts. The current position requires:
4 Job Coaching hours per week in Atascadero (Thu and Fri 3-5p)
15 Job Coaching hours per week in Paso: varies 3-4 days a week (Tue, Wed, Fri, Sun) 7:30p-12:30a.
Additional flexible hours to qualify for Full Time Status- with benefits!
