Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, RN, LPN or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Required
- Medical Background / Terminology preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills - Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
