The Manager works in an environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate needs to be detailed oriented, excel at project management (balancing multiple projects efficiently, various stakeholders and managing detailed timelines), understand and align marketing with customers and must be able to work as an integral cross functional team member.
Responsibilities:
Event Content Development
- Manage speaker recruitment, engagements and planning and execution of program logistics for hosted events.
- Manage the external call for speakers’ process including, platform for proposals, review and selection as well as curating internal priority content.
- Keynote speaker research and vetting for alignment with content topic areas; communication management.
- Onsite programming management including Speaker Ready Room, session rooms and support partners.
- Contribute to and oversee the development of programming agendas, direction to speakers, planning team and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with event goals.
Content Marketing
- Craft high-quality, targeted content for digital channels and trade shows to engage and convert our audience.
- Lead initiatives for blogs, case studies, white papers, webinars, speaking sessions, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Communications, Operations, Education) to ensure brand alignment, event and product messaging consistency.
- Report on content performance to team and stakeholders, providing insights to guide strategy and improve future events.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and adapt content strategies to maintain relevance and thought leadership.
- Manage external writers and content creators as needed, providing guidance to maintain NCQA’s brand standards.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop visually compelling assets that complement written content.
- Create and implement strategies for expanding content reach, including guest contributions and partnerships.
Marketing Operations
- Serve as a collaborative member of the Marketing team, assisting with other marketing-related duties as assigned.
- Develop and update NCQA marketing best practices.
- Engage with customers and other stakeholders, as needed, to ensure adherence to brand standards and advertising guidelines.
- Assist is managing outside vendors and agencies.
- Effectively track and manage projects using project management software.
- Other duties to help support the organization, as necessary.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or a combination of education and experience which demonstrates the necessary requirements of this position).
- 3 years content marketing experience.
- Proven skills in content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Experience managing speakers and contractors to achieve content goals.
- The ability to identify and report on key content metrics independently.
- Accountability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with C-Suite executives.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively.
Compensation & Benefits:
- For new hires, this position pays in the range of $90K - $110K per year, depending on experience.
- This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, payable in accordance with policy.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
